Kaufman Publishing Gift Card Policy

1. Issuance of Gift Cards

• Kaufman Publishing gift cards can be purchased online through our website or at participating retail locations.

• Gift cards are available in any denomination or pre-selected amounts of $25, $50, $75, $100, and $200.

• Upon purchase, a confirmation email containing the gift card details will be sent to the recipient’s email address provided during the transaction.

2. Redeeming Gift Cards

• Gift cards can be redeemed only on the Kaufman Publishing website.

• Enter the unique gift card code at the checkout page to use a gift card.

• The total purchase amount, including taxes and shipping, will be deducted from the gift card balance.

• If the purchase exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.

3. Balance Inquiry

• The balance of a gift card can be checked by logging into your account on the Kaufman Publishing website and navigating to the gift card balance section.

• Alternatively, contact our customer support team for assistance with balance inquiries.

4. Expiration and Fees

• Kaufman Publishing gift cards do not expire.

• No service or maintenance fees apply to the balance on the gift card.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards

• Treat your gift card like cash. Kaufman Publishing is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards.

• Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards will not be replaced or refunded.

6. Returns and Exchanges

• Items purchased with a gift card are subject to Kaufman Publishing’s standard return policy.

• Refunds for returns of items purchased with a gift card will be issued as a store credit or a new gift card.

• Cash refunds will not be provided for items purchased with a gift card.

7. Restrictions

• Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

• Gift cards are non-transferable and non-refundable.

• Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.

8. Fraud Prevention

• Kaufman Publishing reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold for review any gift card purchase or gift card issued in error or suspected of fraud.

• Any misuse of gift cards in violation of these terms and conditions may result in the cancellation of the gift card.
